Plywood Panels — cut list

Every SR assembly mounts on a plywood panel (enclosure + its PSUs), hung vertically off the scaffolding. Each panel keeps a 2 in clear margin around the mounted parts — top, left, right and bottom, except the rose hub, which drops the bottom margin (panels hang; nothing attaches at the bottom). 2 × 2 in squares are cut from the two top corners for mounting; panels taller than 0.5 m (the two minors) also get 2 × 2 in side notches centered exactly 0.5 m below the top edge. The major-arch panel has no cutouts — it mounts on the arch leg, not the scaffolding. Sizes come from the mounting-assembly sheets and regenerate with them. Shipping limit per panel: 20 × 43 in (one dimension ≤ 20 in).

Total: 12 panels. Use ½ in exterior-grade ply; make the corner and notch cutouts per the dashed CUT squares on each assembly sheet (final mounting hardware with Alex, #111).

Shipping — 12 panels in 9 of the 10 slots

Only ten 9 × 20 × 43 in shipping slots exist. Three pairs share slots end-to-end along the 43 in length (depth is fine — the deepest assembly is ~6.4 in; each panel sits on its own length segment), leaving one slot spare:

Slot Panels Fit
Shared 1 SR 13-16 (E) + SR 17-20 (E) 21 + 21 = 42 of 43 in · 16 in wide
Shared 2 SR 21-24 (A) + SR 29-32 (A) 26 + 14 = 40 of 43 in · 16 / 18 in wide
Shared 3 SR 5-8 (A) + SR 9-12 (A) 12 + 12 = 24 of 43 in · 16 in wide (no-PSU panels)
Own slot ×6 everything else 29×13 ×2 · 26×17 ×2 · 16×26 · 27×20

Alternate pairs if loading order prefers: a 21×16 back-E with the 18×14 major (35 in), or a 16×12 front-A with the 16×26 minor (38 in). The 29 in back towers and the 27×20 rose hub cannot pair — own slots.

Packing rule: component side UP, never face-to-face — the assemblies ship with enclosure + PSUs mounted; nothing stacks on top of a panel.
