LED Installation
The Gothic Folly uses approximately 100,000 LEDs across six zones, each with different strip types optimized for their role.

Connector standard
BTF-Lighting IP65 threaded barrel (22mm) throughout the installation.
- 3-pin (5V, GND, DATA) — rose window petal strips
- 4-pin (V+, GND, DATA, CLK or backup) — all 24V sections
Threaded barrel chosen over JST SM for playa reliability: mechanical lock, IP65 gasket, works with gloves.
